Important Shipping Info: For a quantity of 1-2 bottles there are no additional charges. For a quantity of 3-6 bottles there is an additional charge of $2.50 for the shipping box. For a quantity of 7-12 bottles there is an additional charge of $4.75 for the shipping box.
We use only 100% recyclable shipping boxes and inserts. Our shipping boxes are environmentally-friendly, weigh less (to keep shipping costs low) and have a patented locking system to assure your bottles arrive safely.
Local Delivery Conditions are as follows:
Every sale and delivery is subject to proof of legal drinking age. You must be 21 years of age to order and accept alcohol in the state of New Jersey. Proof of ID should be available when driver makes delivery. The Buyer assumes title of the alcohol once it is purchased and is solely responsible thereafter.
FedEx Delivery Conditions are as follows:
Every order must be placed by someone of legal drinking age. Delivery must be accepted and signed for according to FedEX's "Adult Signature Request". A delivery cannot be left at a place of residence/work, it must be accepted and signed for by someone of legal drinking age. This means we cannot legally ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses. It is best to ship your order to a place where you will be available to sign and accept delivery (such as work, etc.). Buyer assumes title of the alcohol once it is purchased and is solely responsible for determining the legality and any tax/duty consequences of having alcohol shipped to them in their purchasing state.
We carry shipping boxes in bottle quantities of 2, 6 and 12 per box. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

FedEX Ground: 1-5 business days
FedEX 2 day or Express Saver: 2-3 business days

To protect the flavor of your products we recommend during extreme weather conditions (heat/freezing temperatures) that you ship your products FedEX 2 day or Express Saver. We are not responsible for wine that arrives in less than perfect condition due to extreme weather temperatures or conditions.
All items in stock will be processed and shipped the same day if possible. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they arrive on our premises.
**Important Information** FedEX will make 2 delivery attempts for you to receive your shipment. If your shipment is not received by you and it is returned to our place of business, the shipping charges will not be refunded to you.
